Legendary Films, Inc. recently wrapped a documentary covering the Guinea worm eradication efforts in Sudan, Africa. Producer Galen Chandler and Editor Chuck Trocino worked on the project. The efforts have attracted the attraction of former President Jimmy Carter who participated in the International Conference on the Eradication of Guinea Worm Disease. The meeting was co-sponsored by The Carter Center, The Government of Sudan, World Health Organization and UNICEF. Emily Howard of the Carter Center provided the majority of the footage and co-directed the project. Howard conducted interviews and shot footage of the volunteers in action over a two-week period while attending the conference in Sudan.
