AMA Names Man of the Year AMA Names Man of the Year

The Atlanta chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) honored Jim Nelems, President and CEO of The Marketing Workshop, Inc. (MWI) as the 2002 Marketer of the Year. Nelems has over 40 years of marketing experience and has presided over 7,000 individual research projects for more than 800 clients. Drawing on this, Nelems recently authored his first book, "The Secret Rules of Marketing Research," slated to hit stands this fall. MWI was recognized on its own merit this year in "Marketing News," listed in the magazine in the "Top 50 U.S. Research Organizations."
