Cole Henderson Drake on Living the Good Life


'Tis the season for building it seems-for brands as well as for houses. Advertising agency Cole Henderson Drake (CHD) contributes its share to both this summer with the launch of two new campaigns for multi-million dollar residential developments, and the announcement of two new clients, one which heralds the branding firmŐs return to the world of healthcare. For London Bay Homes, CHD recently completed an entire system of advertising, direct mail, brochures and product advertisements to promote the homebuilderŐs custom, luxury homes in Southwest Florida. The campaign focuses on addressing common concerns among multimillion dollar homebuyers, including scheduling and budgetary issues, maximum values and overall sensitivity to customer needs. In a similar move, CHD has also recently produced a series of ads for The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village, another high end real estate venture, this one situated between St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. Two new clients now also grace CHDŐs roster this summer, including NASCAR. com, part of Turner Sports Interactive, and the Rockdale Hospital and Health System. The CHD team will develop and produce eight television and four radio spots to promote NASCAR. com during national NASCAR event broadcasts, and will create a complete identity and marketing program for Rockdale, a full service hospital with more than 300 physicians who represent 35 specialties. Following on the heels of previous CHD work that includes campaigns for Blue Cross/Blue ShieldŐs Blue Choice Health Plan and the Emory Spine Center, the agency seems to be on a healthy roll.
