Guillotine on TV

Guillotine Post is now playing on a television near you! Any time you check out what's on Turner South or Turner Classic Movies, you are likely to see what the edit team at Guillotine has been up to. For example, Turner Classic Movies (TCM) Writer/Producer Jean Franz and Senior Editor Michael Koepenick have created quite a convincing argument for viewing films in letterbox format. Directors Martin Scorsese, Sydney Pollack, Michael Mann and Curtis Hanson proclaim the advantages of viewing films in wide screen versus full screen or pan and scan. And TCM Writer/Producer Ruth Anna Millman has also been in the house working with Guillotine Editor Christo Harris to create the imagery used on the set and in the intros for a new season of "The Essentials."

Turner South has turned up the volume and added new shows to their roster too, including Junkin', Blue Ribbon, Three Day Weekend and Home Plate. And Guillotine has been cranking out spots for these as well as for Liars and Legends, The Natural South and a new Hawks image promo.

In addition, Christo Harris cut a half hour episode of Junkin', which finds Val and Dave invading Columbia, S.C. in search of obscure trinkets and treasures from flea markets, swap meets and yard sales.
