IMAGES USA Scoops Up Young

IMAGES USA continues to expand as it adds a new Educational Marketing Department to its core capabilities. IMAGES will incorporate a full-service strategic and integrated marketing effort to promote the brand and increase awareness of some of America's top academic institutions.

Samuel A. Young has been selected to head the department as Executive Vice-President, Director of Educational Marketing. A Morehouse College graduate with extensive experience in banking, inner-city development and real estate, Young has become the leading provider of Educational Marketing Services to HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) in the country over the past nine years. "Each institution is unique. I just listen until my client shares that uniqueness with me and then we attempt to express it through copy, photography and design," says Young. He has also recently served as a member of the industry advisory council for CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) and is the Region One Vice President of the Morehouse College Alumni Association.

The current roster of Educational Marketing clients includes: Morehouse, Hampton, Chicago State, Bethune Cookman, Xavier University and Alabama A&M to name a few. Through integrated marketing efforts, IMAGES USA's educational marketing program will meet the needs of institutions all across the country that rely heavily on marketing to compete in the increasingly competitive marketplace in student recruitment and fundraising.
