Kilgannon McReynolds Gets Mohawk Kilgannon McReynolds Gets Mohawk Mohawk Industries, Commercial Division completed its agency search with the selection of Kilgannon McReynolds to handle its advertising account. Kilgannon will start immediately focusing brand building and differentiation for the Karastan Contract, Bigelow Commercial, and Mowhawk Commercial brands. The agency will handle trade advertising, interactive merchandising, collateral, and trade show merchandising.

Kilgannon McReynolds was recently honored by the Web Marketing Association with a "Standard of Excellence" award during the 1998 WebAward competition for their corporate web site. The award, which recognizes the standard of excellence for which all corporate web sites should strive, is judged on design, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, ease of use, and technology.

Julie Burmeister was promoted to Vice President, Creative Director. Burmeister joined KMcR in January 1998 as Creative Director and has helped to establish the agency's creative department and develop award-winning campaigns for KMcR clients. In her expanded role, Burmeister will continue to grow the creative department and assist in the agency's new business efforts.

Long time Atlanta consultant to the advertising industry, Michael Reineck, joins Kilgannon McReynolds as a partner and will serve as principal and CTO. Reineck has spent the last ten years consulting with ad agencies on business process redesign and has been recognized by Forbes as a leading consultant in advertising agency technology. A Certified Public Accountant since 1979, Reineck began specializing in the marketing arena in the ‘80's with Burton-Campbell Advertising in Atlanta. In 1987, he formed Reineck Consulting, Inc., providing consulting and financial services exclusively to the marketing communications industry. In addition, Ellen Repasky was promoted to Vice President, Account Services. Repasky has been with the agency since August 1996 in the position of Account Group Supervisor. She will continue to run the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Atticus, and DoubleTime account groups, and he is responsible for the day-to-day activities for all the agency's account service teams.

Other additions recently made to the staff at KMcR include John Clarida and Erika Norman as Account Executives. Clarida is assigned to the account team responsible for Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund. Previously, Clarida was with Bates Advertising Atlanta as an Account Executive. Norman was previously with Merkely Newman Harty as an Assistant Account Executive working on the BellSouth business. Norman is currently assigned to the Tucker Federal Bank and Atticus accounts. Jenny Jalbert joins the agency as Traffic manager. She joins KMcR from Infinitee Advertising where she was a Promotions Assistant.
