Chris Davis Takes A Dive For Kodak

Chris Davis Photography was recently hired by Ogilvy & Mather to create two images for a Kodak advertisement. The ad, for Kodak's MAX One-Time-Use Cameras, is currently running on the six story Trivision outdoor board at the Brookwood Interchange above I-85, and on a spectacular at Hartsfield International Airport. One image involved a swimming pool, four floating teenagers, and about 50 watery trips to the pool's bottom by Chris Davis. Wearing a weight belt, the Atlanta shooter held his breath, swam to the bottom of the seven foot pool, signaled the models, fired off four to six frames, and came up for air. He then repeated the process for about three hours. Supervising the aquatic escapade were Ogilvy & Mather Senior Art Director Tim Kenum and Account Executive Stephanie Solberg.
