Marketing communications agency Turner Fernandez Turner can now serve West Coast clients from its San Francisco office. The account service office lead by former Atlanta technology consultant Elisabeth Mowris opened in response to Turner’s 150 percent billing increase in 1999. The staff size doubled and in March, the agency’s Atlanta headquarters relocated to larger Midtown offices. Simpata is one of Turner’s West Coast clients, but here at home, the $14.5 million agency works for Georgia State University, The Pensacola News-Journal, Georgia Department of Transportation, and Primrose Child Care.
