Elizabeth Boineau Lapham has joined Fleishman-Hillard Atlanta as Senior Vice President in the healthcare, technology, and business-to-business groups. Before joining FH, Lapham served as the Executive Vice-President of Weber/RBB Miami. She was also previously Senior Vice-President and acting General Manager of Weber Public Relations Worldwide in Atlanta.
