Atlanta's fiery females offer words of advice.

Claudia Gaines -- The Headline Group
Never stop learning. No matter where you are in your life, you should either be a teacher or a student at all times. It’s also important to remember to take risks. They build character.

B.A. Albert -- MATCH
Be a good strong thinker and be asexual. It irks me to see people like Ally McBeal on television, who think they can short skirt their way up the ladder. That kind of thinking is so antiquated. It’s the ideas that count.

Elizabeth Baskin -- MATCH
Burn out early, then go start a family.

Sheryl Myers -- Comotion Films
When you’re looking for a job, be sure to find a person or company whose work you respect. Once you’re there, then you’ll be able to see the process required for getting where you want to go.

Morgan Shorey -- The List
Do something you love and don’t let anyone push you off your track. Ride it as far as your talent and passion will take you.
